1. Services Provided

Move and Groove AB offers professional DJ services for events such as weddings, corporate and private parties, bars, nightclubs, and gyms. Equipment rental packages include speakers, stands, a DJ controller, and setup/breakdown of all equipment.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total fee is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [X] days prior to the event.

  • If the booking is made less than [X] days before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made via [insert payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].

  • Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made [X] days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments, excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within [X] days of the event will forfeit the full payment.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the client may reschedule the event based on Move and Groove AB’s availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Event Requirements

  • The client must ensure there is adequate power supply and access to electricity at the venue.

  • A minimum area of 4 meter by 2 meter is required for equipment setup.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring easy access for parking and equipment load-in at the venue.

  • Any necessary permits or licenses for the event are the responsibility of the client.

5. Equipment Damage and Liability

  • The client is responsible for any damage to DJ equipment caused by the client, guests, or other attendees at the event.

  • Move and Groove AB is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event unless caused by negligence on the part of Move and Groove AB.

  • If equipment is damaged beyond repair, the client may be liable for the full replacement cost.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, illness, or venue issues), Move and Groove AB will not be held liable for non-performance. If cancellation occurs due to force majeure, the deposit will be refunded, or the event may be rescheduled subject to availability.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is required to provide all necessary event details, including the date, location, start/end time, and any special music requests, at least 7 days before the event.

  • The client must provide accurate contact information and ensure that communication is maintained in the lead-up to the event.

8. Music Selection and Special Requests

  • Special music requests and playlists must be provided at least 7 days before the event. While Move and Groove AB will make every effort to accommodate requests, not all songs may be played due to time constraints or technical limitations.

  • Live requests made during the event will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.

9. Termination of Services

Move and Groove AB reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • The event environment becomes unsafe or dangerous.

  • Guests cause damage to the equipment or compromise the safety of the DJ or staff.

  • Full payment is not received as outlined in the booking agreement.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation or in the appropriate court of jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

Move and Groove AB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on the website, and clients will be notified of significant changes.
